How precisely, does an “academic” institution get around the logical fallacy that correlation does not equal causation?

They know the real causation, but their white guilt and self-loathing do not permit them to even think of it, let alone speak of it.

The real causation is that white folks created and built the USA. There are nations created and built by other groups, but many of the groups don't care to live in the nations created and run by their own.

It's not white privilege', it's historical white culture and accomplishment that gives whites any advantages they enjoy in the US.

Truth be told, if Duluth is “having troubles” ...such troubles usually flow from bad decision-making...ie the poor software plugged into the cerebral hardware of the locals.

I’d say that is indeed an indictment of the educational establishment and schools...who will all do ANYTHING to avoid confronting that issue-

Exactly. Its a cultural thing. Even blacks recognise this, hence the phrase "acting white". If you accept the culture you succeed. If you want to be a part of the ghetto culture, you can live your life in a ghetto.
