Nope. UBS is not a US bank, and so it did not receive any TARP funds.

Ubs got billions in tarp money.

From the AIG bailout scheme. Obama didn't want his buddy Robert Worlf to take a haircut on their credit default swaps deals with AIG so Obama gave UBS TARP money to pay them off in full.
