The REAL reason Obama invoked executive priviledge is to put a stop to investigating the murder of Jamie Zapata.
From what I'm gathering, Obama invoked executive privilege to stop anyone from finding out that it's our OWN government that killed Zapata because he was getting too close to figuring out that F&F was an untraceable gun running scheme implemented for the purpose of getting assault weapons ultimately banned in the United States because these types of weapons in the hands of Americans pose the greatest threat to the government when the SHTF?
