And since there is no severability clause (they took it out)it all goes down together, they have to start over
One thing at a time, and they will be fighting on 2 fronts with the spectre of F&F not going away any time soon. There are serious issues of Obama asking for Executive Privilege as the Justice department is in a separate branch of Government, only would seem to cover HIS involvement and leave Eric Holder out to dry.
