If the vote is to uphold, Nina Totenberg will describe the decision as “closely decided.” If the vote is to overturn, Nina Totenberg will describe it as “bitterly divided.”
A Senate win won’t matter if conservatives refuse to vote for Romney, giving Obama another term.
Obama will never overturn his own socialized medicine law.
We need the Senate AND Romney, otherwise Obamacare is here to stay.
The House and Senate cannot overturn Obamacare without Romney’s signature on it, unless the majority is veto proof.

You are correct. Officially Constitution Day is Sept. 17th. But the final state necessary to ratify was New Hampshire which did it on June 21, 1788.
My calendar says September 17th is “Citizenship Day.”
I suspect the delay is due to the losers on the decision (the Liberals) insisting upon daily re-writes of their dissents as they get more orders from Obama.
“You are correct.”
You are correct. It was on this date 224 years ago today. The state of New Hampshire ratified and was the needed 9th state to make the Constitution official.
Sorry to question your facts!
