Wouldn't do any good. The vast majority of her constituency is stupid enough to match. My poor sister lives in a nice north Houston neighborhood which somehow got put into her district.

Last cycle, my sis and others in her neighborhood joined with moderate black leaders to try to elect a successful black man with brains. He still lost.
