First, the name of the boat.
Second, the fact that it is tied off. Wouldn’t want to lose it, donchaknow.
It’s tied off so it won’t drift.
You can bet it wasn’t the operator that tied it off!
Never understood why people insist on going boating with every bullet and firearm they own. Do they think there is a pirate ship waiting every couple of miles?;)
