They just can’t resist getting into the act, can they... General Mills could’ve simply said it’s in the business of producing cereal and other food items, not influencing national or state policy.
But.. n-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o!!!!!!!! GM just had to jump onto the “queer-as-the-in-thing” bandwagon.

The worst of it is that this has become such a wide-spread corporate agenda (taken from the gay agenda, at their urging) that now all opposition is deemed "stupid". From a liberal publication: "The statement comes two weeks after Minnesota for Marriage blasted Target for its pro-gay "Wear It With Pride" collection, calling it a "stupid move." We'll see come November, but recent polling suggests Minnesota for Marriage stands a better chance than ever of looking pretty stupid itself come Election Day. With a majority of survey respondents saying they think same-sex couples should be able to marry, at this point supporting gay marriage may simply be good business." http://blogs.citypages.com/blotter/2012/06/mn_for_marriage_on_general_mills_pro-glbt_stance_marriage_doesnt_matter_to_them.php
