That is one reason I don’t shop at Penney’s plus, if you have been in a store lately, they look like a bargain basement store. My friend told about going to one over the weekend, she said they don’t intend to go back. Absolutely shoddy display of items.
If they did they could save money by eliminating the Kids' Department.
AFIK the only gays at JCP are the ones who dress the windows and design the displays. The clothes and other items are far too low budget and Plebian to attract the refined tastes of the AIDS bunch.
Ellen the Degenerate was just after-the-fact confirmation for me what a pathetic retailer Penney’s had become. Their stores and merchandise slid into the dumper of quality years ago.
I worked at Penney’s part-time right after college to supplement my income, and I was always impressed with their higher line items - they have all disappeared now. Total crap.
