I think we’re already there. The first egregious trigger event in my mind was him declaring Congress to be in recess, when they were still in official session, and making a number of illegal recess appointments. Were there worse before that? There probably were. I just can’t remember.

I still remember that. What I don’t remember is the Republicans doing anything about it.
Aren’t those appointment still holding. Isn’t the Department that was formed still getting funds?
Cant remember for the life of me what the Republicans did about it.
I think Boehner picked his nose and Mitch McConnell scratched his ass.

Yes, almost immediately BHO left the United States to fly over to Cairo Egypt where he swore a real oath to allah and the Moslem Brotherhood. By Sharia Law, at birth any child of a moslem is a moslem. The whole world knows this and laughs at the people of the United States. Also every moslem is commanded to immediately murder any moslem that coverts to any other faith. There are no exceptions; Sharia law is quite clear on the issues of apostasy and heretics.
Nod, nod, wink, wink; if BHO wasn't a practicing moslem, US Secret Service or not, BHO would have been torn limb from limb by that crowd. I now rest my case.
