One U.S. request from a local law enforcement agency asked Google to remove 1,400 YouTube videos for alleged harassment. Without identifying the requesting agency or the targeted videos, Google said it rejected the demand.

I'd be curious who was complaining of harassment, and how the accused harassment was going on, and why a police department was involved. I know Google Maps is very punctilious about pixeling out recognizable people in their Street View when asked, so if someone was invading someone else's privacy with You Tube one thinks Google would take a similar approach. If this were public figures at their public duties being videoed, that's a different matter. What happened to don't be evil?

LOL, where do you think that came from in the first place? If you saw someone walking down the street saying over and over again, "today I won't throw a rock through a window," would you trust that person with a rock?
