I am not sure about the ethics of this but wouldn’t it be FAIR (seeing that Obama is all about fairness) if Klayman were to introduce a fraudulent Kenyan BC in order to force Obama to introduce a physical evidence (his LFBC) into the court to prove he was born in the US?
not sure on the ethics, either, but I do like the idea. They could present the Kenyan BC and let BHO try to discredit. Since he doesn’t have anything to produce he would be toast. I actually think they could present same as long as they don’t verify it is accurate.
Catch 22 for Obama. He is having a bad month. Its not going to get any better either. See post #70. Sheriff Joe seems to have something and he is “playing it close to the vest”. We shall see!
