Obvisouly, its a whole different world down here. In the late 70's KW was a sleep little navy/fishing/drinking village. Now a days its a bustling, husling, one half gay the other half trying to stay alive type of city.

Room rates down here are not high they are abusive!

Starting at 300-400 in the season and maybe half that if you are lucky from now til nov. Sleeping anywhere can be the rule at times. How laws and rules are made in kilo wasto has always been a debacle and seldom gets better year after year.
