In hawkish remarks that drew cheers from an audience of religious conservatives, Mitt Romney accused President Obama on Saturday of being more afraid that Israel might attack Iran than that Iran will develop a nuclear weapon.
The Republican presidential candidate, who frequently attacks the administration for failing to back Israel's government more aggressively, ratcheted up his criticism a notch. He responded with ridicule when asked what he would do, if elected, to strengthen U.S. relations with the Jewish state.
"I think, by and large, you can just look at the things the president has done and do the opposite," Romney said, to laughter and applause from members of the Faith and Freedom Coalition, an evangelical Christian political organization.

Leftist liberals/socialists always deny the reality that Nazis were socialists.

Never mind that FDR refused Jews fleeing Nazi Germany entry here in the United States...
Do you think Romney would’ve allowed Iran one of our sensitive drones rather than retrieve or destroy it (provided it wasn’t a Trojan horse)? NO.
Romney is right. He needs to be careful though. Idon’t think there’s much reason to personally attack Obama. Let him run against his own dismal record.

Does Romney have a solid pro Israel background? If he does, this is extremely important.
A Friendship Dating to 1976 Resonates in 2012
Romney and Netanyahu are old friends.
“The relationship between Mr. Netanyahu and Mr. Romney - nurtured over meals in Boston, New York and Jerusalem, strengthened by a network of mutual friends and heightened by their conservative ideologies - has resulted in an unusually frank exchange of advice and insights on topics like politics, economics and the Middle East. “
Yes, I heard him say that today.
I didn’t realize he was such a good friend of Neta....
That’s another big plus for him in my book.
F FDR and his idolators.
I have often wondered this myself .... a person who believes in Christ & follows his teachings vs liberal/Obama seems incompatible to me. One lesson I learned a couple of years back while watching someone die (struggling with the existence of God - afraid to die because of fear of the unknown) ..... a lot of "Christians" warm a church pew for years and never develop a personal relationship with God. I think this lack of a true, personal relationship makes it easier to make excuses/be tolerant of sinful behavior like abortion/murder, homosexuality, and the general Godless behavior that is going on in this country.
Obama and Islam...who knew?
American Jews seem far removed from the concerns of Israel. Seems to me one’s ancestral homeland, especially with Israel’s magnitude of importance on several fronts, would be an important issue to them, but it ranks well below Priority #1: Electing liberal dems to political office.
“Right” as in not as far left as Soviet commies...
