Well, if he has now arrogated the powers of a dictator who promotes the rights of lawbreakers over US citizens, what's to stop him from deciding to toss US citizens out of the country (or throw them in jail, or worse)?
Too late he has already had America citizens killed without arresting them or trying them in court.
