Okay...the content of the article is about Rubio ripping Obama’s actions as illegal and counterproductive, and the headline writer wrote it as though he was endorsing what Obama did. And apparently many on this thread read only the headline...
You are the first person on here after reading post after post that actually demonstrates literacy. Post after post of people blasting Rubio alleging he said exactly the opposite of what he said.

So Rubio himself calls it unconstitutional / illegal, and the author of the piece follows it up by saying it contrasts with other Republicans who called it illegal?

Understanding Rubio's history about immigration reform and amnesty, and that he is formulating the Republican plan for the "new Dream Act," I don't have much doubt that it is an inclusive statement where he supports 'those kid's' viewpoint by surreptitiously speaking about himself in the third person.
