The “Dream Act” was voted down. It included the same provisions oblabla has now granted.

Why is this, oblabla’s act, not a direct, calculated, brazen violation of what is already the law of the land and a law that has been affirmed and actions now specifically prohibited by rejection of the “Dream Act”?
