Tere are literly millions of individuals in positions of authority who have taken an oath to defend and support the Constitution and this imposter in the White House shreds it on a daily basis and one hears not a peep from any of them.

Nobody has; nobody will. Even though, as you say, there are millions in authority who could/should put an end to Obama’s flagrant abuses, nobody steps up. (I hope our Founding Fathers aren’t able to watch the spineless politicians assist Hussein by saying nothing.)
Many Theologians focusing on eschatology believe that America is not alluded to in the Bible, symbolically or otherwise. The reason: During “end times”, America will be either (1) non-existent or (2) insignificant because of its weakness.
Maybe Obama has been put in place to fulfill the tragic plan, i.e., to destroy our country.
