So that can doom Barry's ploy right there.

Also, Barry's 'ILLEGAL Abuse of Power' Executive Order is only good as long as he's in office and it's not immediately VOIDED with a new EO by THE NEW President on Jan 20, 2013 [only 218 days, 2 hrs from 'now']. But in the meantime the ILLEGALS who now think they've got it made will fill out their WORK PERMITS and a gazillion other forms with their Real Name, Address, and everything else needed to round up the '800,000' illegals (who think they have a Get Out Of Jail Free Card) and deport their butts to the Jungles of the Yucatan.
