I can’t get anything to *stream* now; I’ve unplugged/replugged the cable modem, unplugged/replugged the router, rebooted the system, r/c router, clicked ‘enable’ (WTH was it disabled for??), but everything’s loading very, very slow. I feel like I’m back on 28.8 dial-up!

I called CommieCast 800# but the tech-wait time is 20-25mins; I’m on hold now. Sounds like there are a lot of problems out there. Usually, it’s only 3-4mins.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
There must be something that is majorly wrong in the IT world. My employer has been having a GLOBAL Microsoft outage since about 4 AM this morning. Thankfully we have interwebs operatin, so I can FReep!
