Chocolate cities. Back in the day when ...

• black violence was exploding;
• when blacks were dropping/failing out of high school at record rates;
• when the illegitimate black birth rate was skyrocketing;
• when black unemployment was huge;
• when more and more blacks depended on welfare;

... well, it was all whitey's fault.
But "they" told us - when blacks take over as mayors, city councils, boards of education, etc., things were going to change. Chocolate cities.
Well, here we are FORTY+ years later and look at what they did to themselves - and all of America.
