The amazingly, incredible infusion of tax money the land owners would infuse to the state in a relatively short time would boggle the politicians' minds.

My little 2.25 acre piece of SW Pa got me 13K plus that I had to pay taxes on.

I'm a gnat compared to the hundreds of acre owners around here .. just in my community.

The state is awash in tax revenue because of the gas companies and drilling/fracking.
