It seems that may be true, however:

Reading that, the Zimmerman case comes to mind. i.e. Yeah, sure... ;-)

When the underage girl was getting sold like a piece of meat, there was no investigation. Imagine that.

Kill the meal ticket of the cops & prosecutors, and they're on it like a heavy sweat, blowing taxpayer money left and right.
