Perhaps Mormons want to control the language, like calling themselves “Christian” when they most certainly are not.
Are Mormons trying to co-opt Christianity? “Hey, we're the real Christians! We're the ones you've been waiting for!”
People who employ disingenuous, leftist tactics on FR deserve to be banned. That's why so many Mormons have ridden the lightning.
Things might be different here if a true conservative was the Mormon man up for the job.
Most of the Mormons that I'm aware of (that posted on FR), were quite conservative....socially and politically.
Their are thousands of other sites they can post on for other reasons. I'm sure they were attracted to FR conservative stances.
Unfortunately, many have been driven off this site...as if we can afford to run off conservatives simply because of their religious beliefs. Grig is just another in a long line.
Good questions and I add one more and my concerns. Please tell me that romney is not trying to buy FR. Since he bought the primary....I thought....
It seems there are a lot of romney pushers and mormon victims here. If romney wants a blog for politicial advantage, he needs to start his own, leave FR alone. It is not a republican site, but a conservative site and romney does not have a drop of conservative blood in his vains.
A few days ago I read this on one of the threads. I heard romney appointed people to work the major blogs.... This is what leads me wonder......
