At least Utah has the balls to start bringing a case against this illegal control of land use by FedGov. It is a violation of the equal footing doctrine, it degrades State standing in a Federal republic, it dilutes Senatorial representation.
It's long past time for the States to tell them "No dice; we're taking it back."
