Fire a shell 116,000 feet and land within 20 ft of the target?
I was on an 8" howitzer in 'Nam and we could put a round into the crater left by the round we fired just before that.
In fact, sometimes when our FOs caught the enemy in the open, they'd call for one round, wait for the survivors to seek shelter in the crater, then call for round two.
Poof! No more enemy.
