Any idea when SCOTUS will render their decision?

The normal course of SCOTUS decisions is this: on working days of June (non-holidays, Monday through Friday) at 10:00 am, the court releases decisions.

Of course, this decision may be an exception, given the magnitude of the case.

What follows is my speculation:

I believe Obamugabe knows the outcome—I am betting one of his two appointees (Sotomayor and Kagan) has tipped them off about the outcome. I believe (but can’t prove) Obamugabe’s press conference LAST FRIDAY was to thwart what he THOUGHT was going to be a SCOTUS announcement that day.

That SCOTUS decision did not come—and so the presser was cut short.

Notice Obamugabe’s q&a session only went three questions? He got out pretty quick.

My guess is Roberts found out Obamugabe was going out to soak up some attention, so the issuance of the decision was halted.

Roberts, I think, will put the announcment out at a time less likely to allow Obamugabe to immediately come out and garner some attention to dilute the impact.

End of speculation, except to say I think whatever nullification of the healthcare comes down, the vote will be 5-4. I don’t believe any “liberal” members will vote for the Constitution.
