I’m not going to try to defend dmz, but I do have to question the fact that the affidavit states that she transferred over $74,000.00 from George’s account to hers in the previous days leading up to the bond hearing. I’m wondering if this was personal money of theirs. That certainly wouldn’t be the paypal money, would it? I wouldn’t think they could get it that fast. Either way, her personally dealing with this money days before her testifying kind of doesn’t look good on her part. I hope they are able to survive this though.

Why would you not defend me? We’re saying the same thing.

But I see dragnet2 has already declared you lost, because you are not dismissing the entire arrest affidavit out of hand.
