Are conditions for black people, esp. in the ghetto, better than they were four years ago?

Has the election of a black president done anything tangible for the black community?

Apparently not in Austin. The Austin School board is trying to make "all girl" and "all boy" campuses. Cheryl Bradley [one of holder's people] says the middle schools are turning into a pipeline to prison for boys of color.

Shaz, maybe obama’s trying to move his poll numbers up a little bit figuring the sheep will then get in line.

Dilbert, I truly don’t think the large majority of those living in the ghetto expect it to get any better.
