If nothing else, they’re not going to be able to recruit serious talent for that long.

They've actually been recruiting OK so far, which shocks me. I guess there are a lot of meathead football players who don't read the newspapers. Eventually, the high school coaches need to tell their kids to look elsewhere.

Between the criminal and civil trials, this is going to drag on for a decade and set the university back $100 million or more. And the road games for PSU are going to be brutal! Can you imagine traveling around the country as the official pedophile school for college football?

I assume the Penn State locker room (with the showers) is no longer on the recruiting tour.

Hadn't thought about the problem with road games... That could be brutal enough that a lot of players leave after a season or two and nobody else signs up after word gets out.

I still think they need to drop football for a decade or more.
