i think they should do more than just vote on contempt, they should hold a no-confidence vote if they can and make him a laughingstock with a bill of particulars and such.
I think you are thinking of the British Parliament. After the vote it would go back to Justice to see if they want to take it to federal court to oust Holder IIRC. This is all for show and I worry it could backfire on us before the election.
