Well, there have been shootings in the crowd the last few years at the Taste. If that doesn’t cause a drop in attendance, I don’t know what will.
Between invariably getting screwed on the tickets (it’s virtually impossible for a visitor to not end up with tickets left over) and the same bunch of restaurants year after year, I wonder how it keeps going.
I wonder if there’s such a concept as “social inertia”...this might be a good example of it.
