Looking at the thing objectively (IMO), there are multiple honorable ways a person can deal with affirmative action/racial quotas. One can embrace it if they feel it is right, one can simply accept it if they don’t feel that strongly, or one can fight it.
Really, the only dishonorable way to deal with the issue is to dishonestly use it to cheat to get ahead while expecting honest people to “toe the line”. It appears that this is what E.W. did.
