The key word in the sentence is “classified.” In order for it to not be classified, all that needs to happen is that the President declassify it. My prediction is that the report will ultimately state that the information came from the White House, but it wasn’t classified because the President ordered the information be released.

He’s also already down to merely defending the (his) motive. All that leaking wasn’t done ‘on purpose’, as in with full knowledge and understanding of the classified nature of the gushers being leaked.
