Anyone know if Todd voted for the repeal of DADT? Does anyone besides me wonder how the repeal of DADT ever got through a Republican controlled House? First of all, he voted against it.
Second of all, the repeal was passed in the lame duck session of the 111th Congress (Pelosi's final term as speaker) on 15 Dec 2010.

IIRC, there were only 57 Democrats and 2 independents voting as democrats at the end of that Congress. IOW, there’s no way the Republicans could have been prevented from blocking this if they had truly been a conservative party.
