So, now; what can be done? What recourse does Congress have to get this thing investigated? Anybody? Help me out here.

This news about computer viruses, designed by big outfits, like an entire country IS BIG. These backdoors are now out in the open. We may well be looking at World War 3 because of these technologies being reveled.

There was no need for the public to learn any of this.

Congress itself can investigate -- as Issa's Government Oversight Committee is regarding "Fast & Furious". But they have no power to prosecute.

Any prosecution will have to be conducted by a special prosecutor -- the appointment of which is subject to the approval of the President, whereupon the prosecutor would be appointed by the Attorney General.

Good luck with that...
