We recently stopped and visited Goliad, TX which is down in south Texas. It’s an old town with a lot of history. In the old section where the courthouse square is, there is this great BIG old tree called the “Hanging Tree”. They used to actually hold court right on on the grounds and then hang em 10-15 at a time in the old days....now that was a DOJ!!! Maybe it’s getting close to that having to reinstate the old days.....naaa, cruel and unusual punishment and all that liberal stuff. But one can wish.
