Amen to that. Bush 41 may not measure up to the idological purity standards of some here, but he’s a patriot and a Great American in my opinion.

And speaking of opinions, the Clint Eastwood line came to mine as I read that snark about Bush 43’s popularity rating. One thing I always admired about W is the fact that he didn’t give a tin sh1t about what the polls said. And neither do I.

I worked at US Customs and Border Patrol during W’s term. W was prepared to throw open the borders officially before 9/11. After 9/11 it was all unofficial. still is..

The border problem is the mess that’s left over from the crack up of an elite program to form a north american union.
