Murdergate is many times worse than Watergate or Iran Contra. One of the most useful things about this scandal is to educate people as to how much we have been deceived by the MSM over the past 4 decades.

What's the point?
The minute the GOP hits investigative pay-dirt they will fold up shop and apologize.

Wow. This should drag out this whole sordid affair at least an extra year before the GOP finally runs out of steam.

Unfortunately, Chairman Issa continues to distort the facts and ignore the law, she told the Washington Times. But Holder is ABOVE the law.

Schmaler effectively throws down the gauntlet; the DOJ knows exactly what to expect - nothing. Issa will let these people stall, and stall, and finally, TOTALLY SKATE. THIS will be Obama’s shining victory.

So they find Holder in contempt of congress? So what. Is he going to “arrest” or “fine” himself? These hearings may provide useful political fodder but is largely being ignored by the lamestream media. The Republicans need a consistent theme I'm not sure they are willing to pursue and that is the federal bureaucracy is corrupt and needs to be severely reduced in size and power. Establishment Republicans will never go along with that.

Conyers helping Holder run the clock out. ...blah, blah, blah.

...wiretap applications were authorized and approved by DOJ top brass, including Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jason Weinstein, and Deputy Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Blanco in March, April, May, June and July of 2010. Lots of resignations coming down the pike...

Hey, stephenjohnbanker, speaking of 'head games'...
...such documents relating to ongoing criminal cases have been leaked...
That's low! (or else she's stupid!)
She knows those documents were obtained through a duly issued subpoena.

What a psychological mess this group is.
Can't have anyone smarter than 'the man at the top' and
it's becoming increasingly clear that 'the man at the top'
ain't the brightest bulb to begin with.
