Well, I don’t think they got a judge to keep the polls open in Racine until midnight à la St. Louis 2000. Supposedly a large number of absentee ballots and a power outage contributed to the delay in releasing results. Lord only knows if they cheated in the vote tally, but if they did it wasn’t something obvious from the vote totals.
