MSNBC CALLS WALKER WIN: RECALL LOSES [ 22% Reporting Walker 61%, Barrett=38%]
(Excerpt) Read more at msnbc.msn.com ...
The talking points seem to be that the unions were outspent 8 to 1 (yeah, as if).
Reminds me of a story about Lincoln being asked his estimate of Rebel troops; he answered one million two hundred thousand! The audience gasped in horror and asked him to explain. Lincoln responded: "We have 400,000 soldiers and everytime McClellan runs from a battle, he reports being outnumbered 3 to 1"
Yep, they’re all going to scream about money being spent, but none of them will mention the amount of money the unions spent on this. I suspect that the Dems collectively spent at least as much as the Republicans—when all spending is counted.
“I also love that people polled LIED to the pollsters, both in national polls and in the exit polls. The exit polls called it even. They lied, too! Bye-bye pollsters!”
Maybe the pollsters lied not the people
What’s in the water in Wisconsin’s Bayfield County where 60% of the vote goes to Barrett? This area of WI has to be populated with union thugs, transvestites,
Congrats from across the pond!
That’s Michigan, and not England.
National and exit polls had it a squeeker. People lied to the poll-takers! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Survives? Looks more like “Overwhelms.”
Freerepublic needs a like button so I can like your post lolLike!
Rachel Madcow just actually said, “it’s hard to see how this is a bad night for Obama even if it’s a bad night for Mayor Barret.”
Uhm, you keep holding onto that when this country sweeps Zero out of office.
How many tens of thousands of fraudulent votes did the Dems create for this failed attempt to steal the election?
You're declaring victory over a strawman, mostly.
1) The RCP average of the scientific pre-election polling was Walker by 6.7%; no poll since February had Barrett leading. Those polls are likely to end up being extremely accurate.
12) The actual CNN exit poll was 52%-48% in favor of Walker; the only biased thing was how CNN and the media spun the exit poll results to "neck and neck." The exit polls may end up a few points off, but they won't be drastically off.
3) The final margin is not going to be anywhere close to being 60-40%. As with every election, dense urban areas take longer to count, and they lean heavily to the left. Very little of Milwaukee has been counted, for example.
Bump!
I turned on MSNBC, and Lawrence Douchebag O’Donnell led off his show by saying the big winner from today’s recall election is....Barack Obama. He then said that 53% of the voters today said that they would vote for Obama in the presidential election. I don’t see how a large majority of voters will return Walker to office but then vote against Walker’s agenda by re-electing Obama. Makes no sense.
I haven't seen this many sad faces since visiting a hospital waiting room. Maddow is almost crying. Walker won only because of millions of out of state dollars (presumably from Klan and NRA members). This means nothing for November. Obama is comfortably ahead in WI and Romney will lose. Unions remain unscathed. They are utterly shell-shocked.
Where’s Fat Ed??
And just how, pray tell, can you discern the difference from his normal banter. It is a sweet night, and I have just cracked a cold one which I now raise in celebration. There is nothing like the smell of liberal meltdown in the morning...
Tonight was a harbringer that Obama loses big in November.
I am so enjoying their misery. Schadenfreude!
Yes O’Donnell declared The One the winner tonight. That’s because:
1. Exit polling gives Obama 52% and Romney 41%
2. But exit polling also indicated that the Walker race was too close to call. None of the Stasi media has made that connection.
3. Thirty minutes later the media was calling it for Walker.
4. But of course that was because Walker outspent those poor unions by a factor of 7.
5. Obama knows how to tweet.
