Again, irrelevant. The student was slated to graduate and receive his diploma, but due to his family (and others) cheering for him, the principal went over the edge with an abuse of administrative power and a violation of the Constitutional rights of those cheering (see 'Freedom of Expression'), and the sorry sonuvabitch SHOULD get his ass sued off.
