Doesn't matter that several member states are against the creation of a European Union "attorney general" of sorts (but with far greater powers than in the USA). They just roll right over everyone and institute what they want to institute.
Also take note of their fondness for "Newspeak"-like terms . . . "Europarl" (for the European Parliament), "Eurojust", "Europol", "SitCen" (for the European Union Joint Situation Center), ad nauseam . . .
