He checked with a constitutional lawyer and got a no way, no how, answer back.

If he had checked first, before he said it may be protected, well...if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

But I will be forever on sound, irrefutable, solid ground in pointing out to you, the man said “it MAY be”.

If he said it was, then turned around and said it wasn’t, you might have something.

But you have nothing.

And no, pretending you have him on record saying it was, then it wasn’t, won’t help.

I can read.

And I can hold you to account.
