During the time this was happening, a Milwaukee Talk Radio host was scheduled to have a phone conversation with Rep. Paul Ryan. Ryan had to cancel because he, unlike his “distinguished collegue” (ugh...does it hurt to have to type those words!) he was in Washington and the House was just about to go into session.
