"Hershey Friedman" looks stupid, but that's his parents' fault. His racism makes him stupid.

Uh, when I wuz a kid, our Crayola boxes contained a "flesh" colored crayon, distinct from both White and Pink and Black.

We need to be much more nuanced wrt skin color. I suggest using a scan of the palm and reporting a Hex triad of the RGB result.
