Prince Harry is looking to find Mrs. Right.

The redheaded royal expressed his desire to settle down during Katie Couric's ABC special “The Jubilee Queen” Tuesday night, saying he’s eager to start a family once he finds the right woman.

"I've longed for kids since I was very, very young," the partying prince said. "And so I'm just waiting to find the right person, someone who's willing to take on the job."

The single 27-year-old embarked on his first solo royal tour in March as his grandmother’s personal envoy, making stops in the Caribbean, Central and South America. Although he had a blast boogying down in Belize and challenging Olympic champ Usain Bolt to a friendly race in Jamaica, the prince admits the trip would have been "easier" if he had someone special by his side.

“I don't have anyone," Harry told Couric. "I wasn't allowed to bring anybody with me."

I’m a big fan of Elizabeth. She’s quite an amazing woman. She’s a devout Christian who takes her job seriously out of tradition and respect for history, but most of all, because she was anointed with holy oil and took an oath to God. And she’s no doddering old lady. Up until her age interfered, she was happiest crawling through the woods, stalking and shooting deer. Why, she can even change a tire.

I’m pretty sure the last time we were at war with the British was, oh, right about two hundred years ago, as a matter of fact. Life really is too short to hate the British in general, or the Windsors in particular, that much. I don’t even hate Charles. I’ve come to the conclusion that anybody who would cheat on Diana Spencer with Camilla Parker-Bowles is simply either visually or mentally disabled. I wish Harry happy hunting and a long and happy life with the girl who catches him.

I'm usually not much on all that theory of the royal kids being from someone other than Charles, however, Harry and Hewitt's noses are almost identical and don't resemble either Charles or Diana. (neither of who are red-head either). He looks a lot like Hewitt when he was young.
