Of all the cops I’ve known and come in contact with (some in my own family), NONE have been very bright. At least not bright enought to a actually understand the bill of rights. There’s a lot of multi-syllable words in there and no pictures
The ones I know here in San Jose all seem to be of above average IQ, and have pretty well developed senses of humor.
Maybe that's why San Jose is one of the safest large cities in America?
