You haven’t had properly prepared Brussels sprouts. I’ve converted my wife with a method I’ve found.
Wash, trim base slightly, quarter lengthwise. Throw in a good sized regular (not non-stick) pan that you’ve preheated with a little olive oil. Season with a few pinches of Kosher salt. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning every 3. You’re wanting to develop some good (dark) browning. Serve it up!
