His Kenyan birth certificate was entered into evidence along with an affidavit in a court case.

This does not mean it has been accepted as valid by the court. Anybody can enter anything as evidence, as can an affidavit be false.

Also the claim that Obama was born in "Kenya" is quite impossible, as regardless of where he was born the Dominion or Republic of Kenya did not exist till several years after his borth.
